What happens when you delete your account

Your profile, KYC details, saved addresses and login credentials are permanently removed.
Any remaining gold/silver holdings or scheme balances must be redeemed or withdrawn before deletion — please contact support if you have a balance.
Requests are verified and processed within 30 days.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example, transaction and invoice history needed for tax, accounting and regulatory compliance. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
